Chris Schultz is the best realtor I’ve had had the pleasure of working with. I needed to sell my mary Esther home while I was overseas and He not only handled all the repairs needed to sell - but he reached out to many contractors to get the best price ! He always kept me informed of the progress and within a short time he found the right couple to buy it! If you want an honest hard working realtor— then you better call Chris Schultz ! Chris did a tremendous job for us. He sold our house quickly and for more than we expected. He and his team also found contractors to help with the repairs. We literally had to do nothing but sign the paperwork. Highly recommend him. He is the best realtor around.

We hired Chris Schultz to sell my husband’s mother’s house we inherited from her. We saw that he had sold multiple houses on this street in the town. From the first phone call I knew we picked the correct agent. The home sold in less then 60 days. This is our 8th closing and this was absolutely the smoothest most efficient closing we ever did and it was from 7 hours away. Between Chris, his assistant Dana to the closing representative Erica, there were no issues at all. And the wire was in the bank the next day. We have another home in the family to sell and will call him for sure to sell this one, Best of all Chris became a friend too. We were very happy with it all!

Christopher Schultz - Real Estate Agent was Amazing to work with! He and his team are The Best you will find anywhere! They are very professional, but their top priority is knowing they are dealing with actual people. They are very attentive, and take care of every detail! They make an extremely stressful situation as smooth as possible. The entire team from Chris to Dani to Cory to Aaron are a complete pleasure to work with.
