Chris did a tremendous job for us. He sold our house quickly and for more than we expected. He and his team also found contractors to help with the repairs. We literally had to do nothing but sign the paperwork. Highly recommend him. He is the best realtor around.

We hired Chris Schultz to sell my husband’s mother’s house we inherited from her. We saw that he had sold multiple houses on this street in the town. From the first phone call I knew we picked the correct agent. The home sold in less then 60 days. This is our 8th closing and this was absolutely the smoothest most efficient closing we ever did and it was from 7 hours away. Between Chris, his assistant Dana to the closing representative Erica, there were no issues at all. And the wire was in the bank the next day. We have another home in the family to sell and will call him for sure to sell this one, Best of all Chris became a friend too. We were very happy with it all!

Even though the property we wanted turned out to be a nightmare, Chris took such good care of us. He helped us uncover one problem after another. It had mold, needed new flooring, A/C, roof, and Chris handled each problem professionally, coordinated with all the inspectors, and protected our interests. Eventually, we bailed on the deal. Chris was OK with that too, because he's one of the good guys who wants us to be happy even more than he wants to make a buck. We know who to count on in the future!

Chris was a wonderful realtor, he was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process of closing on our first home. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was completely transparent, and that we felt confident about buying our home from overseas without actually having the chance to walk the property. Chris and his team do an excellent job from start to finish with finding us houses to look at, meeting as at all of our random times, and facilitating every part of the experience. He even had great references for landscaping and cleaning when the house we were selling needed it, and it was all coordinated by his team! Christopher most definitely lives up to the tagline, “The Hardest Working Agent in the Florida Panhandle!” Often home sellers go through much effort to find the right agent for the sale of their home, but Christopher found us. With a strong work ethic and knowledge of a home seller’s needs, Christopher reached out to us with his offer of assistance, while we were naively in the middle of efforts to sell a home on our own. He wasn’t pushy, just available. When the time came to bring Christopher into the sale, he eagerly came on board and relieved us of what would become quite “a journey” selling our home to a deserving veteran applying for a VA loan. Christopher was relentless in making sure everyone was informed during the process. We didn’t have to be worried or concerned because Christopher was in charge. Christopher is always available, positive, responsive and does everything in his power to overcome obstacles that may arise. Chris and his team were absolutely amazing! I thought I was going to complete a FSBO, but quickly realized I was out of my element and needed a pro. Chris met me at my residence on Monday, we signed a contract and by Wednesday of that same week professional photos were taken, my listing updated and had an offer 5 minutes after the listing went live. I needed a few minor repairs completed for the sales inspection and Chris sent me Mr. Joshua Evjene. His work, timing and costs are on point! Lastly, Emily was always available for questions and found me the answers I needed fast. She was always kind and friendly. It made some of the stresses of moving melt away with this dream team. I would hire them all again in a heartbeat!

Buying a house is stressful. Add this crazy market, and it's even more stressful. But Christopher was a saint among men. Throughout our 6 months of looking for a house, Christopher went above and beyond to help my wife and I look for our first home. There was even an instance where the seller tried to pull a fast one on us, and Chris wasn't having any of it! He truly has your best interest at heart, and will do everything he can to find you the right home! If I could give 10 stars, I would.
