Working with Chris and his assistant Jane was an absolute blessing during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. Selling a home is never easy, but they made the entire experience feel supported, steady, and manageable from start to finish. They were endlessly accommodating. They truly above and beyond in every way. They walked me through each step with patience and clarity, even through a few of my crash outs, and never once made me feel rushed or alone in the process. Chris did a tremendous job for us. He sold our house quickly and for more than we expected. He and his team also found contractors to help with the repairs. We literally had to do nothing but sign the paperwork. Highly recommend him. He is the best realtor around.

Christopher Schultz - Real Estate Agent was Amazing to work with! He and his team are The Best you will find anywhere! They are very professional, but their top priority is knowing they are dealing with actual people. They are very attentive, and take care of every detail! They make an extremely stressful situation as smooth as possible. The entire team from Chris to Dani to Cory to Aaron are a complete pleasure to work with. Chris Schultz is the best realtor I’ve had had the pleasure of working with. I needed to sell my mary Esther home while I was overseas and He not only handled all the repairs needed to sell - but he reached out to many contractors to get the best price !
